ECOH Work

ECOH stands for Eco Children Of Herefordshire and is a group of schools that work together to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon consumption and improve our local environments. As part of this work, the school has done the following:

• (BA & BW) Close monitoring and evaluation of energy usage (inc times and patterns) to identify and stop unnecessary energy usage
• (BW) Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) fitted to reduce use of oil based heating
• (BW) LED updating scheme – 50% of school now using LEDs, ongoing project to be complete by end of 2023.
